Recent work out of my studio.

My latest project. I assembled my new bee hive yesterday. Today I'm painting the roof and waxing the hive. My bees arrive the end of April.

New from my studio. Carved antler pin. Bigfoot.

One thing about my studio is you can expect almost anything. Today I was playing around with mini test tiles in my microwave kiln. Here are the results of my microwave raku.

I'm working with resin today. I finished a set of runes.

I think many of us are feeling a bit this way.

Completed today. Pic taken before being varnished. It's hard to take a pic after they are varnished due to reflection.

I'm working today. I started the first painting this morning. I usually work on more than one at a time. On the wall is a fan art I've been working on for a grandson. On the chair canvas I've prepped with back painting. And I watch a lot of nature shows while I paint.

I have had a busy day cleaning up the studio today. I can't wait to start tackling new projects this week. Oil pastels on canvas panel pictured below.
