if they see you as a role model already, then it's easy, they'll try to be you and listen. if they don't, you might need to gain their respect, same applies to you, they like to be respected. best way I can think of is finding common interests for small talk and slowly improving the communication

oh, I noticed that you've applied display:grid to the paragraphs. this way all p's with container class act independently.
so paragraphs themselves shouldn't have grid layout. instead, an element with grid layout should wrap them. this way they should act together and follow the template

if you can resize paragraphs/divs as you want, I would suggest using background images on those elements instead of img. then you can use `background-size` CSS property with `cover` or other suitable options
