What "classified information" could there be? Either Comey lied about leaking or authorizing leaking of the specific information he was asked about or he didn't. He wasn't charged with leaking classified information. And shouldn't the prosecution have all of its evidence already before charging?
And when they permit "conversion therapy" as "speech", they will bend over backwards to uphold the restrictions on doctors discussing abortion with patients or requiring doctors to read nonsense about the procedure.
