Girl, I work for a healthcare company. our PTO is for holiday pay, sick time and PTO. I had shoulder surgery that didn't go well, so I exhausted my FMLA and they cut off my insurance. Luckily my surgeon was able to squeeze me in before my insurance expires. Corporate america sucks
