And put your most capable volunteers on volunteer management.
And delegate, delegate, delegate the tasks.
And recruit some of those people who want to run to be campaign managers.

- Fund raising reporting support;
- Voter data support (walk lists, etc.)
- Simple good candidate skills.

The DNC only raises real money as a pass through to the presidential candidate. I raised money for nearby red counties, and frankly it wasn't spent well.

As a former county chair in a red state (very blue county) I have lots of thoughts. You can't start with money flowing down. There are too many of us and, as you know, people like to give money to candidates not parties.
