Governor Cooper has now vetoed Senate Bill 382, the so-called "Helene Recovery" bill that is mostly a sore-loser stunt meant to punish the voters for supporting @joshsteinnc.bsky.social, Rachel Hunt, @jeffjacksonnc.bsky.social and Mo Green.
