Republican Senate Leader Phil Berger seemed to officially accuse the NC State Board of Elections of voter fraud - an extremely serious claim.

Republican Senate Leader Phil Berger seemed to officially accuse the NC State Board of Elections of voter fraud - an extremely serious claim.
