This is a great role for someone who loves working with hiPSC/hESC-derived brain organoids but also enjoys project management, and shaping a platform that lots of other scientists will rely on.

Excited to share our newest preprint, Electrophysiological development and functional plasticity in dissociated human cerebral #organoids across multiple cell lines 🧠🔬🧪: doi.org/10.1101/2025... This is based on some of the work I did in my PhD with the great @ncndgroup.bsky.social 1/5

🚨happy to share a new pre-print from the lab - lead author Adam has characterised a scaleable model to study electrophysiological properties in cultures derived from neural organoids! 👇🏾

🚨 new pre-print from the group - this work led by Despoina Goniotaki looks at the influence of abnormal tau species on endo-lysosome function using proteomics and live cell resolution imaging approaches! 👇🏾

We were using the Aggrewell800 24-well plate from Stem Cell technologies - now we are using the Nunclon Sphera 96U bottom from Thermo - having much more success with these!

Yup. They are also v brittle and disintegrate…move u bottom 96 well plates and things seem much better
