Everytime someone asks me to "please leave a #google review" at this guesthouse/restaurant/etc, when I say "Sorry, I don't have a Google account" they seem so flabbergasted that they don't know how to respond.

#kualalumpur could actually learn a lot from #jakarta's much improved transit system. While it still has a long way to go, it's far more usable and better connected, and the walkability around the #mrt stations is quite well done.

#kualalumpur could actually learn a lot from #jakarta's much improved transit system. While it still has a long way to go, it's far more usable and better connected, and the walkability around the #mrt stations is quite well done.

My opinion - Foreign media in countries like #australia, where this piece ran, shouldn't publish #chinese government op-eds unless #china's state media publishes foreign diplomat op-eds.
#reciprocity is a basic tenet of #diplomacy and should be enforced in the #digital and #media spaces.

Having passed through both on this trip, I have to say, for transiting, #taipei #tpe airport beats #singapore hands down.
It's a few things - the more open layout (can walk anywhere), must easier transit security, and, most importantly, much, much friendlier staff and service.

Woke up to 15+ #COP30 press releases, most saying the same thing. None, of course, mentioning China.

#kualalumpur is a frustratingly annoying city from a #transit and #walkability perspective.
Perfectly nice, clean, on-schedule trains, lovely stations, surrounded by horrible connectivity and terrible pedestrian access. It's a system designed to fail, and there's no reason it should.
