We’ve allowed the language of politics to subsume reality, and keep us from working to make changes that can help Americans build a better America. Let’s start aiming there, instead of aiming for an ideological “middle” that cordons off so many things we are capable of doing.

This!!!! It was in that moment America had a choice to make. The masses chose to leave morals behind and explain away his idiotic behavior. There was no turning back after that.
