For some reason people get bizarrely defensive over this comic, despite it not being a metaphor for anything.

here's a fun fact that i dont think i stated anywhere else: adam's design was made at the last minute. originally he was going to be a two headed hellhound but i couldnt make the front-facing pose look right, so in the span of 5 minutes i sketched up a quick incubus design instead.
