There are lots of articles and YouTube videos about Russia's coming collapse. Nothing would make me happier. Any honest observer must admit that Russia has been much more resilient than expected. Some of these YouTube videos seem like clickbait.

So, in summary, Putin has implied that he will negotiate an end to his invasion of Ukraine. Which heads off Trump OKing Tomahawk cruise missiles for Ukraine.

Trump is never going to run for reelection. He doesn't care about the polls. Then there's the issue of whether he even understands them if he did care. Given his mental decline. Trump is probably convinced that the majority love him.

With Trump, it's always the Trump show. So it is easy to forget that Trump could not wreak the destruction that he is without a Congress and voters who go along with him. Ultimately, the fault lies with Congress members who do not honor the oaths they took when they assumed office.

If somehow Putin could put a president in the White House, what destructive acts would they do that Trump is not already doing? Short of a nuclear strike, what could an enemy of the United States do that would hurt the United States more than Trump?

I don't know if the United States will ever recover from the destruction brought by the Trump administration. Vinh Nguyen worked for the NSA because he believed in the mission. He could and will make far more money in the private sector.

Newsom is getting so much discussion because he is fighting Trump. He is trolling Trump (with all caps Twitter posts). He is pushing redistricting in Californa to counter Texas. We don't know what will happen in three years, but Newsome is the kind of Democrat that many of us want to see.

The stain remains. No country will or should trust the USA which twice elected Trump. No country should trust the USA which breaks its trade treaties arbitrarily. No country should trust the USA, which has become an unreliable military ally.

Why, in the last few weeks, is there a vast flood of posts from game developers? For some reason, they have decided to descend on Blue Sky. I mute every one I see, but they pop up like poisonous mushrooms after a rain storm. I am, of course, going to mute this account as well.

I am happy to see that Tesla lost a lawsuit involving a fatally and FSD. Tesla will appeal, so the plaintiffs will not see any money for years. But this is a start. My hope is that this will be like the tobacco suits. Once there is a win others will follow.
