In before there is going to be an aria label in HTML for AI.
The OCI imagespec is weird. The `rootfs` element of "rootfs" MUST have "type" set to "layers" otherwise an implementation will "generate an error if they encounter a unknown value". What's the point? What if we (*cough* unikernels) want to do something cool with other FS types?
