Super grateful to the Mayor of Derby, Cllr Ajit Atwal, for his well wishes for the Super Eagles in tonight’s match against Morocco.

When we win we need to buy beer for the council oh! 😂😂😂😂

All the best, lads!

Michel Nkuka (Lumumba VEA) has done more in days to revive Patrice Lumumba’s legacy than many African leaders have done in decades.

It shows how powerful memory can be when people refuse to let history be buried.

God bless Patrice Lumumba.

One week, one trouble: While Keir Starmer and Nigel Farage fight for their political lives, America makes it clear that it no longer sees Europe as an indispensable ally.

@chxta.bsky.social and I discuss how these affect Africa and its diaspora.

I can't stand some Nigerian music. Not because they're bad, but because the memories take me back to when japa was not even a thought I entertained.

The music is beautiful; the feeling isn’t.

That said, I'm enjoying "Good Times" by Asa ft The Cavemen.

What about you?

May we never forget all those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy today.

UK politics is messier than a group chat during election season.

New parties on the rise. Old grudges remain.

There's drama on the Left. And Right.

What does it all mean for us migrants?

Studies suggest that the biggest reason most people leave countries like #Nigeria for countries like #Britain is to create a better future for their children.

What then happens when a random act of violence shatters that dream? @ndonuoha.bsky.social & I discuss.

Yesterday we had a great time catching up and talking about our separate journeys and ideas about telling our own stories.

The one reason I’ve never intentionally rewatched Sound of Music is the character of Rolf Gruber.

I found it disturbing how quickly someone close to you would turn on you in service of the overlord. This is what I see in Trump’s America today. It is heartbreaking. And scary.
