If it's the spring you can even use a pen spring to fix it.

i still use my og wireless xbox controller with replaced springs, lb/rb switches and analogs. didn't have to spend a lot either since i just use scrapped or old controllers and took the parts i needed. Right now have ps2 analogs on it
