Internships Work was extended for a fourth year. We are supporting 152 local authorities in England to enhance their #SupportedInternship provision to create sustainable employment opportunities for young people.

This year we supported 92 panel members of Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews in the South of England and delivered 15 Autistic Led Development Sessions for panel members and organisations.

We supported 5 young people with additional support needs to codesign and codeliver 9 national online training sessions: “Preparation for Adulthood – The Voices that Matter”.

In 2025, 30 people with a range of lived experience attended our bespoke, inclusive research and evaluation Learning Together training aimed at people who do not have a traditional research background.

Based on a service in Plymouth, nine people’s well-being improved from average scores of 2/10 to 8/10 and saved the local system £1.5million per year.

We’re proud to have supported the House of Lords Committee on the Autism Act 2009 in listening directly to autistic people, families and professionals for its final report, starting the journey to a new autism strategy.

For day 3 of #SafeguardingAdultsWeek we look at empowering environments. Advocacy providers play a vital role and by training their advocates in all aspects of adult safeguarding, they ensure advocates can identify and respond confidently to concerns when they arise.
