3. Upload proof of filing taxes into Givebacks by October 31st:
- Form 990-N (e-Postcard).
4. Updated Bylaws due by December 1st:
- Standard Unit Bylaws
- Vote on amendments and upload this form into Givebacks

2. You will need to have three items submitted in Givebacks by September 30th:
- Proof of Insurance (units typically use AIM)
- Member-approved Budget
- Financial Review Form
