Good info but…it takes a hell of a lot more land to raise cattle than it does to raise a chicken, than it does to raise a zucchini and so forth. Beef is just bad for our environment on multiple levels.

Thousand (or millions) or hectares of rainforest have been clear cut to make grazing land for cattle,all so Burger King can sell cheap burgers. Among many other examples of beef being really antithetical to nature. Oh, and sorry for my sentence structure. Me talk pretty one day.
