App updates over the past couple of years are more like "downgrades". Thankfully we're able to access our OneDrive folders via our browser, which technically nullifies the existence of the client.
Happy to say, my time on Windows is over, so no more of this client for me!

Incremental Backups for any directory of your choice? Nope. You only get that for default preset folders (that aren't even available to choose from sometimes...)

However I do think it's time for people to transition over to linux, especially with the many beginner-friendly distros, aswell as ones with windows-esque desktop environments.
Alas, just like how Google has taken over the search engine field, Microsoft has managed the same when it comes to OS'es.

People just don't want to move over because it's either their half-worried minds feeling anxious about venturing into uncharted territory, or due to the fact that they're too deep into the Microsoft ecosystem (from owning an office license, files stored in microsoft's onedrive, etc)

Almost every piece of software that is on windows has been made compatible with most linux distros (specifically Debian and Fedora ones)
Yet, everyone's just so used to and dependent on Windows, even after the multiple fallbacks they've had these last couple of years.
