First week back completed and it involved a 3 day/2 night residential at the fabulous Benmore outdoor centre. Blessed with blue skies thanks to the cold, frosty weather. Faced a few personal challenges caving and gorgewalking! Best bit canoeing across Loch Eck.

Our Christmas cheese stash is still going strong...tried M&S cranberry and orange wensleydale tonight...gorgeous and counting it as 2 of my 5! Though thinking of creating this for next year....
