I always think about his remarks about Jan 6. He said that when he heard the mob in the hall, he pulled off his jacket and decided “well if it’s on, it’s on.”

Even with COVID I still convinced myself that those people were the fringe but now I know that’s not true.

I have coworkers who voted for him and even though they are perfectly pleasant in the office, I know that their souls are broken.
