Let's say this passes both houses and somehow becomes law... it ain't gong into effect just like all the other laws and funding requirements the administration is blatantly and proudly violating or refusing to enforce. Gotta get rid of them all!

Adding more teams who won't win isn't the answer. Moving the quarterfinal games to campus should be the next step. That won't happen because ESPN would lose those 4 bowl games every year, and that's money from their pockets.
