In the light of “tea time”, I can tell you one thing that is true: it’s common in offices in the UK to not only make yourself a cup of tea (or coffee), but to offer everyone around you a cuppa as well. You’d take it in turns to collect up mugs, wash them, and make a round of drinks.

I’ve been pretty quiet on social media, because most of it is... ugh… and there really isn’t a lot to say. But since I’m trying to migrate from Twitter over here, I will at least say hello. So: “hello”, and (to repeat that lawyer who got stuck with a Zoom filter turned on), “I am not a cat.”
