I see. For a screenplay there are certain life changes or events the writer has to find that will make the movie work. I have done this with on person's life story.

Writing is so much more independent than acting. All you need is paper and a writing utensil. And if an actor chooses to unstick their creativity by writing, by all means do so.
The creative flow unlocks the manifestation cycle.
