Quite proud to have just caught the British summer. It lasted from 15.20 to 15.47 and I went out in the garden and ate a sandwich. Rain now. Hope next year is nice. 😂😂😂

10 days off from work and this will be a tough one with what would of been Dad's 80th Birthday on Sunday and his passing on Monday which is my Birthday. I've left my Birthday on social with the date moved to Tuesday. Don't think I could cope with those mixed emotions.

We always assume in the Eurovision Song Contest that "you cannot vote for the UK" message is just for us, but it's actually shown in every country! 😂😂😂

Three years ago today Mum you left us. Still cannot believe that I will never see you again. You are missed so much and not a day goes by without thinking of you. I know Dad is looking after you, his heart was broken when you passed away. I just wish you were still here. Love you Mum xx

April, 30 days without alcohol. It’s not forever but this has been part of losing some weight and healthier lifestyle. I will carry on in May but there will be some occasions where I'll have a drink, for mine and Dad's birthdays and the anniversaries of Mum and Dad passing. For once I'm proud of ME!

Today 36 years ago the old Newport County went out of business. An incredible journey it's been since the new Newport County was formed after that dark day. Every time I drive over Somerton Bridge it brings back so many memories of Somerton Park. Here's to a bright future for County! 🖤💛

Unbelievable that is was 7 years ago Newport County played Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup. Fantastic day and County came within 8 mins of beating Spurs but had to settle for a deserved 1-1 draw. UTC!🖤💛
