When late diagnosed individuals start to feel & share their diagnosis they often face accusations like "jumping on the bandwagon", "you don’t look autistic." This is toxic behaviour & often results in a feeling of imposter syndrome. Don’t take away where they finally found answers and belonging.

Neurodivergent people who mask their traits face exhaustion and constant misunderstandings. Masking hides our struggles but doesn’t erase them. Supporting those who mask means seeing beyond appearances and acknowledging their challenges.

DEI isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a commitment to making real change and driving inclusivity. Talking about inclusivity just isn’t enough. We need spaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.
