Really it's IL that's had the issue with most of it's governors... Bi-partisan pledge to wind up in jail... It's weird that the current gov and the one before him didn't

To be fair he would up dealing with external issues like a massive crime wave due to the overseas drug trade which sadly favors the right when that happens. Otoh he couldn't even pass a constitution that wasnt the one Pinochet did - huge fuck up...
