I'm starting to think this character is an FF character stuck in a Genshin game because her design does look like that... Also drawing hands is torture.

I'm studying ambient light and spotlight together with black BG, the real reason why BG is black is it is easier to focus on drawing, not only that but I'm obsessed with it lol. Also, I was inspired by an old drawing of mine (see right, Marth) which I want to do again.
