My old plants are getting old, so I'm bringing in a few new friends for them.

Started my day, month, and year with a bit of gardening.

After months of experimenting with planting in hydrogel, this 2025, I'm sending plants in diapers to friends and family so they experience it for themselves instead of listening to me talk about it for hours.

There are nights I've sat on an exercise bike and burnt 2,000 Calories in 2 hours. 2025, I'm getting back to that, but I need to start warming up now.

I started my Christmas Day with some workout. Before the calories start coming in, I'm kicking some out. 😅

I finally hit 100kg a couple of weeks ago, now it's time to get serious about shedding.

Usually, people get back on the fitness wagon in the beginning of a new year, when they've made up their fancy resolutions, but I think if you're serious about achieving something. You'll start immediately.
