I just read the brief... I think FIRE would agree with you. They're saying that's the route the school needs to go (prohibiting targeted bullying through misgendering, not making a blanket prohibition on what speech students can use). It's the same analysis that successfully prohibited schools from

Even when talking discrimination, it's important to understand the difference between current law, proposed law, and preferred policy. Laws are tools that once passed, anyone can use.

It takes way too long to get to it in the article, but California is in the minority of states that doesn't widely require interlocks after a DUI. It's an incredibly effective tool because the decision to install the interlock is made while sober. Threatening future jail doesn't deter a drunk brain.

I'd recommend Shades of Grey. Since it's a clip show you get a nice overview of the whole start of the show.

It's kind of garbage time either way, a TD doesn't help more than a FG. Independently of the gambling thing, I kind of like a FG here since you're not risking an injury as much. But in light of the gambling piece, that's hilarious trolling lol.

Calling a bowl game an exhibition is such a bizarre take (especially for a team without a conference!). Playing Syracuse week 11 is a very important part of football, but playing like, Texas in the Citrus Bowl or something is an exhibition game.
