FE was my first Furry Con - I spent a Saturday there.

to remove the Bowden tube you need to push down on the little plastic ring at the connector and them pull the tube out athte same time.
that little plastic ring sometime jams up I which case you need to unscrew the entire connector out of the extruder/hot end to loosen up the Bowden tube

you're probably going to need to take it apart.
