in my opinion that's a weirdly restrictive approach to moderation. i get that the LIVE NOW button is very visible, but at the end of the day it's still just a link… users can already put links in their bio or posts. when those links are bad, they're moderated *on* bsky, not by the link destination.

When you realize how un-radical the overwhelming majority of people who engage in protest are... How boringly fucking normal they are... it becomes incredibly hard to swallow the idea that protest and dissent are somehow "agitating," and not just people who need access to better conditions.
