Personal goal at the gym achieved. I used this to do leg raises. First couple of times I tried I just didn’t have the upper body strength to do it. Today I did 3 sets of 5. Baby steps!!

I feel like this is my ‘boys are confusing’ social media outlet. So boys are confusing. I did a tarot reading about my situation and got The Devil. Not the most positive reading I’ve done.
