Good Gruyere is about as much work to make as good Parmigiano or any other hard aged cheese. I bet that piece you are holding is considerably more delicious than whatever you are thinking of.

I've been enjoying mezcal Negronis lately. Mezcal instead of gin and a little bit of salt to round it out. Delicious. Maybe don't use your best mezcal but the smokier the better.

I assume it's just some form of content farm spam. There's lots of reasons sleazy sites want to manufacture plausible-looking content. Like to feed linkfarms with ads, etc.

My guess is he doesn't know the video of himself talking is fake. I don't think he thinks that analytically, instead he just liked the cool video and shared it. Just like a senile grandpa on Facebook.
