I liked Stargirl a lot. It was an interesting spin on the idea of legacy and the silver age touches being modernised was done really well. Reviews of every episode on the site...not written by me @semiprogeek.bsky.social did a great job with coverage

Nah I don't think so. I think he's the one native to that universe. He only appears twice in the show and they don't explore him in any way though so it's never explicitly clarified but I think he's just the Flash that was a member of the Justice Society in that universe. He just looks the same

The costume with the hat is John Wesley Shipp playing Jay Garrick. His Barry Allen did return in both Elseworlds and Crisis on Infinite Earths though
