Just because a lot of other people don't struggle with something doesn't mean that it should be easy to you.
Like I know other people aren't close to breaking down when they buy clothes, but I am and it's just not possible right now for me not to.

Heck yeah! To me helping others through hard times is the most fulfilling thing ever so there's no shame in relying on others!
Also, it's not lucky at all for you to have friends and family like that because who wouldn't want to help out the queen when she's struggling

While I agree, I think this goes both ways.
By being kind, empathetic and caring you can both change the people around you and attract other people who are, or will soon be a positive influence.
I think good people influence other people to be better, so being kind to others is usually worth it <3
