This latest rewatch was with my mother, who was watching it for the first time. Seeing her reactions was great. She especially loved that, despite all the terrible things that happened, there was so much light in it. I'm glad she truly loved it in the end.
This movie is just a dumb fun action Christmas film. The characters are so full of life. The scenes have such a great style. It's no wonder it's such a timeless classic for this time of year.
Worthlessness is what we feel when we don't fulfill all the dreams we set our minds on. Yet the heart fills itself regardless, with all the miracles and chances it's surrounded by. So there's never a good reason to end yourself.
The first film is solid, but the second is arguably the best movie sequel ever, as it seamlessly ties everything together. The action scenes are phenomenal, and the story themes are well executed. It's amazing how timeless they are, especially in T2.
Nothing special about the movie, but I find it very enjoyable. The animation is great, the action is good, and the characters are fun. Sometimes that's all you need for a decent animated film.
I've watched many animated films as a child, but this one will always be my top favorite from that time. It was one of my early steps toward understanding myself. Memories truly are precious, and identity is liberation from being in a box.
Everything about this game has aged remarkably well. The features and improvements in this remaster only enhance its solid foundation. This experience has reaffirmed why it's the greatest FF spinoff ever made.
One day the best of humanity will be strong enough to see the brightest of futures. Goodbye once more all of Evangelion.
Humanity contradicts itself, which leads to more struggles in its story, but there is so much beauty in that struggle. All decent beings will continue to believe in and act from the best of humanity, which is knowledge, love, and hope.
One day the best of humanity will be strong enough to see the brightest of futures. Goodbye once more all of Evangelion.
Seeing visually that the creator was still trying to be hopeful despite how they felt at the time is something that will always move me. Reality is ever-changing due to desires and dreams. Just as dreams can be shaped by our own reality.
This movie is simply a good action movie. Yes, it's insane, but it lacks depth. Nonetheless, it was a decent film to watch in theaters. The ending was a nice touch.
The unique creepiness this game has is unmatched and its gameplay still holds up. While the level designs are whatever, the only real issue is that the final battles are not exactly set up well. Overall this game is still a joy to play to this day.
This is easily my third favorite Predator film in the franchise. Its unique way of expanding the lore in a comic book style was really refreshing to see on the big screen. While there are some artistic choices I did not like the overall film was an amazing experience.
The cinematography was great, the characters were amazing, but the execution of the themes presented regarding identity, responsibility, creation, cycles, and the free will not to be monsters was done phenomenally.
An idea has no life, but give it meaning, and it will flourish. Every action has consequences, and we must accept them whether we like it or not. Let us remember our past mistakes. Let us improve the present. Let us protect a brighter future.
The cinematography is godlike, the music is on point, action scenes fluidly hit, characters are top class, and the writing themes are incredibly executed. Overall, this rewatch has fully reminded me why this film is my top favorite live-action Batman movie.
This series really keeps being my top favorite comic version of Batman in many years. The writing and art are in many ways describe exactly how I feel about these topics.
The movie was truly phenomenal! The animation was god tier, the acting was very charming, the music was banging, and the action was killer! Bless Fujimoto and everyone involved in creating one of the best animated films I've ever seen in theaters!
