I don't think people assume you have a parliamentary system able to remove him legally. But if Greenland looks to happen, I do hope Americans permanently flood the capital with a few million protesters maidan style, threatening to tear him to shreds if he doesn't resign or flee.

They should be absolutely vocal that invading Greenland means Americans and Europeans killing each other and that that war will come home one way or the other.

No, instead I'm certain that "not a good idea" or "muh healthcare" is a dangerous understatement of what's at stake. If the US starts killing Europeans economic sanctions or peaceful protests won't do.
