Childfree here as well - I love my minivan for hauling dogs to competition. The lower deck height is a huge plus for aging German Shepherd vet trips as well. (And I can fit 10' PVC inside, no problem.)

I have the opposite problem - clothes that are long enough for my German Shepherds have torsos that could fit a Newfoundland.
