Trade offs all over. Up here is pretty dope but it’s bone chilling cold for a few months a year. Being where T wants to be is huge. Any idea where higher ed will be at for them?

Except for lack of water and 100+ degree temps often. Otherwise lots of folks I know seem to like it there.
