It's been pretty breezy here in the eastern Cabo de Gata Natural Park for the last few days, but with the wind being Westerly, we've not seen the massive waves that caused damage elsewhere.

Had a lovely walk along the River Nidd yesterday, spotting our first ever Dipper by some stepping stones. Got back to the campervan just before the heavens opened.

Enjoyed a walk to Summerhouse Hill with views over Leighton Hall towards Morecambe Bay when visiting friends recently. Also some fine examples of fungi on the trees. @carolkubicki.bsky.social 👋
