To party with Epstein is not a crime. To party with him and children might be.
To know he trafficked the children at that party and not call attention is most definitely criminal. Terms like accessory, co-conspirator, aiding and abetting can apply.
He worked interstate. Federal penalties.

He had to know the shoot/don't shoot policy.
He was clearly not a great shot yet he is an instructor.
Never a good idea to blaze away with zero concern for bystanders.
