The fact that I need to increase "engagement" for my podcast by making posts with questions etc makes me want to die a lil inside. If I write a big scicomm thing it goes unnoticed.

Like, I can't fathom having parents supportive of what you were interested in, who cared? Who were proud of you? I mean, fuck, just parents who were present and who you didn't have to hide from. It's almost overwhelming to think about. Kinda jealous of folks like that I guess.

We just lost our geriatric old lady cat, and this happened to both of us the last two nights since she's been gone. We haven't moved her lil' step stool that's been at the bedside for a couple years now, yet. Helped her get up on the bed as her arthritis got worse.

I will say though, on a phone I can't seem to get the focus right on these ones. But I can on my PC screen.

I was an extremely bored only child in the 90s, and I spent so much time on them that it's second nature for me now. I was so bored in the 90s I started hand drawing them myself.
