If a criminal prosecution is dismissed by a federal judge after the prosecution has presented its case, that’s it. Game over. SCOTUS cannot change that result.

Better yet, what if Maduro’s indictment is quashed or the prosecution of his case dismissed with prejudicial because of official immunity and/or the unconstitutional rendition of a foreign leader from a sovereign nation in clear violation of international law?
So like, what if Maduro is somehow acquitted?
