Real transformation comes from changing the relations of production—redesigning society so that every person’s needs are met. This isn’t about surface-level accommodations; it’s about reordering society on the basis of care & mutual empowerment. Disability justice teaches us how.

Integrating disability justice into our movements means redefining what it means to work and contribute. Rather than a system where only a select few generate surplus value, we envision a society where every form of labor, including care & immaterial work, is recognized as intrinsically essential.

When we expose the idea of “normalcy” as a capitalist invention, we see that disability justice isn’t an accessory (or afterthought) to revolution—it’s central to revolutionary politic. It forces us to reimagine society’s priorities: needs over the relentless drive for profit.
