While he is definitely kooky and goes to the extreme, when you look at his underlying-general message of sleep better, eat less junk food, eat more vegetables, exercise more (in general treat your body better) , I think he's a net positive

Aragorn was an outdoor wild cat who was surprisingly friendly but had no owner, and clearly fought many battles. He passed sometime in 2020 (or maybe just moved on) but I think about him from time to time and today was one of those days. Here's to you battle kitty.

Scientists(particularly senior members) need to be more willing to meet the public where they are not where they think they should be. All too often researchers seem more interested in displaying their knowledge of technical jargon than presenting a coherent message.
