Ansonsten ist für mich total nachvollziehbar, dass Du eine Datei, die Du niemals geöffnet hast, auch noch nie (zuletzt) benutzt hast.

@andycarolan Tried it fried and with a sweet chili sauce. It‘s actually my go to meat replacement as a meat-eater.

@thisismissem I imagined that. It‘s the same here. However, it should also retain cool air just as well. The trick is to cool down the flat early enough in spring. We never go higher than 25 degrees, following the other tips as well.

@thisismissem Insulation might be the answer. I‘m facing the same problem. The only solution is: plan ahead in spring by turning off the heaters earlier and keep a strict routine where you keep evey window shut as long as temperatures outside > temperatures inside.

@thisismissem Well, it‘s pure yeast extract commonly used in many processed foods as an alternative to MSG.
However, I never got why anyone would put it on their sandwiches. Sounds overkill to me.
