It always sounds naive to say "we just need to educate voters better", but:
—Voters were always of two minds on immigration
—Many attitudes they do have are based upon LOTS of misinformation
—Both ICE brutality and Trump's moves against legal immigrants offend the "better angels" people DO have.

1. Without knowing when the emails took place or their contents.
2. Having your only evidence of their existence being another social media post.

I understand the appeal, but the 25th Amendment is really structured to work just in the "President in coma" scenario. Any President removed by their Cabinet can reinstate themselves by signing a letter.
