On Elf Queen, I wonder, was Terry inspired by a certain Michael Crichton book? I got serious Michael Crichton vibes.

I hope @shawnspeakman.com can create a blog that tells Terry's decision to come back to the series and the making of the story.

That's it for now. Take care and be well Terry.

Like I said, I'll say more later, but a few more things. I love how Terry wrote Walker Boh. Many say Allanon is their favorite, but Walker is probably mine.

I've been following Terry's characters and I have noticed that Terry uses people that are disabled or sick one way or another. I like that.

Talismans: Great finish. Great battles and has some great moments. Also had some great bittersweet moments too. There's one death that I thought 'come on Terry, really!?'. Walker's fight against a group of enemies was a highlight. Those last few lines brought a smile to my face.

Elf Queen: I love stories that take place on an island with dangerous creatures. I like the clues that are given to the real-life location of the island. Terry also gives us a great emotional moment near the end.

Druid: Definitely understand why this is a fan favorite. Loved the new locations, the characters, and it has probably the best character arcs I've seen. The opening is amazing. I've never read anything like it. It ties for my favorite opening with David Morrell's The Fraternity Of The Stone.

Scions: It was like returning to an old friend after reading the original trilogy. I also loved how we see new locations throughout the series. The characters are great, and it does a great job of giving you just enough backstory not to be lost. The series villains are very interesting.
