At the end of the day we do have a roof over our heads, and another just as lovely house may come in the future. This would also have to be done pretty swiftly, as a nice house like that is bound to be snatched up quickly.

But if that were to be the case, at least then we'd have an easier time to move when we find a house to our liking as we'll have the money from the sales saved up.
I know I know, this is a long shot. I don't want to seem like I'm putting pressure on anyone.

So my thinking was, maybe if I can sell some of my art, and put the current WIP's I have as preorders, we'd get enough for it all? There is of course the possibility that say I sell enough, and then we don't get picked for the house.

Me and Arx found a house that we love but since we're on a lease we'd need to pay for the deposit for the new house + that months rent, as well as rent on our current house AND current house rent the month after. (a headache) + moving cost.

It’s finally finished! The painting that was supposed to be a 3-5 hour thing ended up taking me a total of 24 hours total, but it was worth it!
Gouache in my (sadly) sketchbook.
For now I’ll only make 4x6 prints of it, and bigger prints next year when I get a printer.
